Mother's Day

Today was a wonderful day for our family.  The two highlights were receiving two very special gifts from my children.  The girls made me a "Family Quilt" which consisted of 8 hand sewn squares-one for each member of our family including our two little ones in Haiti.  The other was a small red heart made of construction paper.  Most moms would think this was nice, maybe even sweet.  However, coming from James, this was overwhelming.  The words on the heart (though they are hard to make out in the picture) are "Number 1 mom in the world."  (not long ago we had a debate as to whether I was the best mom in the world or not.  He argued that it was not likely due to the large number of mom in the world.
This melted my heart today.

I was truly a Happy Mother today!!
